The 2022 Harley-Davidson model lineup has been announced, and the motorcycle world is abuzz with excitement. There's just something about a Harley-Davidson that makes you feel cool. Maybe it's the powerful rumble of the engine or the way the bike exudes attitude and style. Whatever it is, Harley-Davidson motorcycles have a unique appeal, and the 2022 lineup is sure to get motorcycle enthusiasts revved up.
The 2022 Harley Davidson lineup includes some new and updated models, as well as a few carryovers from the previous year. For example, the highly popular Lowrider model gets an update for 2022, with a new suspension system that promises a smoother ride.
Other new models for the year include the Iron 1200 Sportster, which is a more affordable option for those looking to get into the Harley Davidson world, and the Fat Bob 114, which is a beefed-up version of the previous Fat Bob model.
The Harley-Davidson 2022 lineup includes the Street Glide ST, Road Glide ST, Low Rider S, and Low Rider ST. Harley unveiled four 2022 CVO models as well. The CVO Street Glide, CVO Road Glide, and CVO Tri Glide are the models that will be returning from last year, plus the addition of the CVO Road Glide Limited, which will replace the 2021 CVO Limited.
“Further. Faster” is Harley-Davidson's slogan for their 2022 motorcycle lineup and they did not disappoint. All three ST models and the Low Rider S will come standard with the 117ci Milwaukee-Eight V-twin, Harley’s most powerful factory-stock engine, which is usually only found in their expensive and high-end custom vehicle operations models.
The Street Glide ST, Road Glide ST, and Low Rider ST are three show stoppers that came out of this launch. They bring a more sporty edge to Harley’s traditional touring bikes, a style that has gained traction since the MotoAmerica King Of The Baggers Race series.
The Low Rider S is a blacked-out cruiser with a West Coast style. It’s built for those with an aggressive riding style and contains the agility and handling of a sportsbike. A neat attribute of this bike is that the handlebar location allows the gauge to be placed higher in the line of sight for the rider, so no more tank console instruments.
The first thing you’ll notice about all of the 2022 CVO models is that they each display a distinct hand-crafted paint job. Harley has brought the flames back. But the CVO motorcycles don’t just look great, they have been upgraded with all kinds of advanced motorcycle technology including Cornering Rider Safety Enhancements, Audio powered by Rockford Fosgate, Daymaker Adaptive LED Headlamp, and a Wireless Headset.
That’s not all though, these new CVO models come with a myriad of new and improved features that any rider would be dying to get their hands on. Think heated grips, premium paint jobs, three-way speakers, blue-tooth headsets, touch screen navigation, cornering electronically linked brakes, hands-free security fob… and that’s only the beginning.
